 I believe it is better for married couples to live their marriage morally right in God eyes, and they should try to live their lives according to God's teaching.  I believe it will be less drama in their marriages than to add pressure in their imperfect lives.  May all married couples have a successful marriage with their guide as love and respect.

Sometimes, psychiatrist is not the answer.  It can sometimes only confirm the negativity that the patient already have of oneself.  Sometimes, it only takes an acquaintance, or a friend, or a family member, or someone you have admiration toward to pull you through disappointments simply because of something positive that person said or once said.

It is always good to keep yourself in good health and maintain your cleanness in body and spirit.
